Work is continuing well on the new build and the first phase has now been completed. We have demolished the existing buildings at the rear to create space for the new academy. We have also built new tarmac games courts for the students and a new staff car park adjacent to Fort Luton. The next phase will be the construction of the new buildings. After the foundations have been completed the new buildings will be delivered to site as precast panels and erected by large crawler cranes. This will commence in March 2012.
