Futsal Fun at Medway Park

Last week, four teams from KS3 and two teams from KS4 represented the Academy at Medway's annual Futsal tournament. Taking place at Medway Park, students competed in teams of 5 against other Secondary Schools from accross Medway. Futsal is a version of indoor football, played with a heavier ball. Play is fast, and goals are decisive and our teams did very well. Particular mention goes to our Year 7 girls team who were awarded the 3rd place trophy in their group and to the KS4 boys who came second! Well done all!
